Plain English summary: JambDoctor is an educational diagnostic tool. We help you identify weak topics based on your answers to 30 questions. We do not guarantee exam scores. "Doctor" is a brand name — we are not a medical service. By using this platform you agree to these terms.

1. About JambDoctor

JambDoctor is an independent educational platform operated by JambDoctor.com. We provide AI-powered JAMB preparation tools including a diagnostic assessment, personalised study plans, and CBT training.

Brand name clarification: "Doctor" is a brand name symbolising our precision in dissecting JAMB past questions and identifying specific areas of weakness. JambDoctor is not a medical service, not a licensed examination body, and is not affiliated with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), WAEC, NECO, or any government institution.

2. Our Services

JambDoctor provides:

A 30-question diagnostic assessment that identifies topic weaknesses
An AI-generated predicted score based on diagnostic performance
A personalised 7-day study plan generated by AI
CBT speed training and exam preparation modules
A 15-year JAMB high-frequency topic guide
Parent monitoring dashboard (Parent VIP tier)

3. No Score Guarantee

JambDoctor does not guarantee any specific JAMB score. Our diagnostic is designed to help you identify weak areas and improve your preparation. Actual exam performance depends on individual effort, study consistency, exam conditions, and other factors outside our control.

When we use phrases like "designed to help you reach 300+" or "based on success patterns of 300+ scorers," these reflect the intended outcome of consistent use — not a guaranteed result.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. We offer the following:

Delivery assurance: If your login credentials, predicted score, or fix plan are not delivered within 24 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us via WhatsApp: +2349128793167
No results refund: We do not offer refunds based on exam performance or dissatisfaction with predicted scores after the diagnostic has been completed and results delivered.
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of all applicable charges.

5. User Responsibilities

By using JambDoctor you agree to:

Provide accurate information during registration and payment
Keep your login credentials confidential
Not share your account access with others
Not reproduce, copy, or redistribute our diagnostic questions or content
Use the platform solely for personal JAMB preparation purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content on JambDoctor — including diagnostic questions, study plans, module content, and platform design — is the intellectual property of JambDoctor.com. Our diagnostic questions are original works created from analysis of publicly available JAMB past questions (2010–2024). Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

JambDoctor provides educational tools in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, JambDoctor is not liable for:

Actual JAMB exam scores or admission outcomes
Any loss arising from reliance on our predicted score or fix plan
Technical disruptions to JAMB CBT systems on exam day
Any indirect, consequential, or special damages

8. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. See our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of JambDoctor after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
